I didn't know about this, but it is very useful with Google now changing their algorithm to favor mobile-friendly sites. Basically, Chrome Dev Tools, which I'm dependent on, allows you to emulate mobile devices!

Cards are like an enhanced form of annotations which already existed in YouTube. They will be displayed on desktop and mobile and offer an opportunity to link viewers to additional information and resources.
When a user visits the same web-based app twice in two-weeks, they'll be presented with an add to home screen banner - provided the web app is configured correctly. Maybe this will help web apps compete with packaged apps - one can only hope...
